Are the watches original?
We guarantee that all watches on sale are 100% Swiss made and original. Each watch is accompanied by its international warranty issued by the manufacturer and stamped by the official dealer, our supplier.
Is the watch warranty valid?
Present the warranty at any authorized dealer or service center all over the world and you receive any assistance free of charge.
SHIPMENTS AND PAYMENTS
Which are the delivery times and the shipping costs?
The delivery of the watch is guaranteed within 24-48 hours from the confirmation of payment if the watch is in stock and ready for shipment. If the watch have to be ordered, delivery times depend on the timing of the arrival of the goods from our suppliers. In this case, the shipping will be within 7-30 days from the order. During the agreement phase, the delivery time will be always specified to you, after having carefully checked it with the suppliers. Insured shipping costs in Europe are always free. Outside the EU, the cost of the insured shipping is of € 90. We always suggest you to check customs duties, where applicable.
Which courier will deliver the item?
The delivery is carried out by DHL and other insured intercontinental couriers in case of overseas shipments.
How can I monitor the shipment?
We will contact you as soon as the item has been shipped and, if available, we will send you also the tracking number of the shipment by e-mail.
