Since its origins, in the mid-1800s, Ulysse Nardin has been a brand strongly linked to the sea and has always distinguished itself for the precision of its chronometers tested by marines, explorers and free spirits.
In 1996, Ulysse Nardin made his first marine chronometer wristwatch, called Marine Chronometer 1846, and the first perpetual calendar, the Perpetual Ludwig.
The reference models of the brand are the Marine, the Drive and the Executive. The brand also boasts historical models: Astrolabium Galileo Galilei, Michelangelo and the San Marco. The astrolabe is the first astronomical wristwatch with an automatic movement.
